Product Description:
- Fexofenadine – Second generation H1 antagonist and they selectively block peripheral histamine receptors. Fexofenadine e they do not penetrate the CNS and do not have anti muscarinic properties. Thus they are usually the best drug of choice for the treatment of allergic disorders
- Montelukast – Leukotriene (LT)-receptor antagonist exert anti-inflammatory actions and have been approved for the treatment of asthma. Montelukast is selective high-affinity competitive antagonists for the cys-LT1 receptor. Inhibition of cys-LT-induced bronchial smooth muscle contraction likely is involved in the therapeutic effects of these agents to relieve the symptoms of asthma.
