Product Description:
- Paracetamol is a well-known Non-selective COX inhibitor. It is a good analgesic and anti-pyretic.
- Chlorpheniramine is a H1 antihistamines that is commonly conventionally to antitussive/expectorant formulations. They afford relief in cough due to their sedative and anticholinergic actions. They reduce secretions by anticholinergic action and are specially promoted for cough in respiratory allergic states
- Phenylephrine is an alpha-1 adrenergic agonist causing vasoconstriction. This reduces nasal congestion by preventing fluid from draining from the blood vessels into the tissues lining the nasal passages. It is used as a nasal decongestants to temporarily unblock a nose or relieve sinus pressure
- Caffeine and theophylline are CNS stimulants, primarily affect the higher centres. Caffeine produces a sense of wellbeing, alertness, , allays fatigue. It tends to improve performance and increase motor activity.
