- Paracetamol is an oral non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) with anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. Paracetamol is an inhibitor of PG synthesis of COX-1 and COX-2. It is a medicine used to treat mild to moderate pain. To successfully conquer pain in labour pain , gastrointestinal colic, musculoskeletal problems, post-operative patients, cancer patients
