- Thiocolchicoside is chemically related to colchicine, this muscle relaxant is believed to act as a GABA mimetic and glycinergic drug. When combined with a NSAID (in this case aceclofenac + paracetamol) can be used for painful muscle spasms, sprains, backaches.
